Amendment of section 27G of Central Bank Act 1997.

36.— Section 27G of the Central Bank Act 1997 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1) by inserting “27BA(4) or (5),” after “section 27B(2),”, and

(b) in subsection (3) by inserting “27BA,” after “section 27B,”.
