39. F36[(1)] An appropriate court may, on application to it by the Insolvency Service made during the supervision period concerned, order the amendment of a Debt Relief Notice where it is satisfied that such an amendment is necessary in order to address an ambiguity in, or to rectify an error in or omission from, that Notice.

F36[(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be on notice to the specified debtor and each specified creditor.]
