Credit Guarantee Act 2012
Short title and commencement.
12.— (1) This Act may be cited as the Credit Guarantee Act 2012.
(2) This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister may appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions.

2. The 30th day of August 2012 is appointed as the day upon which the Credit Guarantee Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012), shall come into operation.
