Amendment of section 18 of Act of 1996.
155.— Section 18 of the Act of 1996 is amended—
(a) in subsection (2) by inserting “or registered in a civil partnership” after “remarried”, and
(b) in subsection (5) by inserting “, civil partner or former civil partner” after “the spouse” wherever it appears.
