Prohibition against certain advertisements.
144.— A person shall not publish or cause to be published an advertisement indicating—
( a) that a parent or guardian of a child desires to have the child adopted,
( b) that a person desires to adopt a child, or
( c) that a person (not being an accredited body, the F75 [ Child and Family Agency ] or the Authority) is willing to make arrangements for the adoption of a child.
