Amendment of section 5 of Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.

54.— Section 5 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 is amended by—

(a) the insertion of “4(8A),” after “4(8),”, and

(b) the substitution of “, 6A, 8, 18, 19 and 19A” for “and 8”.
