Referral of complaint to Fitness to Practise Committee.
63.— F153[Subject to section 59A(2)(b), where]—
(a) the Preliminary Proceedings Committee is of the opinion that there is a prima facie case to warrant further action being taken in relation to a complaint, or
(b) the Council directs under section 61(2)(e) that further action be taken under this section in relation to a complaint,
the Preliminary Proceedings Committee shall refer the complaint to the Fitness to Practise Committee F154[together with all other material (including investigation reports) that the Committee is of the opinion are relevant to the complaint and that the Fitness to Practise Committee needs to consider to dispose of or otherwise deal with the complaint].
