Disciplinary sanction to be confirmed by High Court.

50.— F47[(1)]A decision under section 48 to impose a disciplinary sanction (F48[not being] an admonishment or a censure) does not take effect unless and until it is confirmed by the High Court on application under section 51 or 52 .

F47[(2) A decision under section 48 to impose a disciplinary sanction (being an admonishment or a censure) does not take effect unless—

(a) the decision is confirmed by the High Court on application under section 51, or

(b) the 30 days referred to in section 51(2) within which the registered pharmacist or pharmacy owner concerned may make an application to the High Court for an order cancelling the decision expires without the registered pharmacist or pharmacy owner making such application.]
