155.— Section 215 of the Act of 2001 is amended—

(a) by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (2):

“(2) A child found guilty in the Children Court of an offence under subsection (1) may be sentenced to detention for a period not exceeding 3 months.”,

and

(b) by the deletion of subsection (3).
