ROAD SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT 2006

This Revised Act is an administrative consolidation of the Road Safety Authority Act 2006. It is prepared by the Law Reform Commission in accordance with its function under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975 (3/1975) to keep the law under review and to undertake revision and consolidation of statute law.

All Acts up to and including Urban Renewal and Housing Act 2015 (33/2015), enacted 28 July 2015, and all statutory instruments up to and including Road Safety Authority Staff Superannuation Scheme 2015 (S.I. No. 422 of 2015), made 28 September 2015, were considered in the preparation of this revision.
