Without prejudice to sections 12(1)(d)(ii), 16(o), 148F(2) and 148I(3), for the purpose of the performance of the Board of its functions relating to the return of a deposit referred to in section 12(1)(d), a landlord and a tenant shall respond to a notification of the Board in respect of such return within the prescribed period that is specified, in regulations, for the notification concerned.]
