Application for registration as a credit union.

7.—(1) An application for the registration of a society as a credit union shall be made to the F11[Bank] and shall be signed by 15 members of the society, all of whom have the same common bond and one of whom shall be the secretary.
(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by two printed copies of the society's rules.
