Duty of local authority on making, varying or replacing a waste management plan.
25.— As soon as may be after a local authority or, as the case may be, two or more local authorities, has or have made, F69 [ revised ] or replaced a waste management plan, the local authority or, as the case may be, one of the local authorities, shall transmit a copy of the plan or F69 [ revision ] or the new plan, as the case may be, to the Minister, the Agency and such other persons as may be prescribed.
