Company of Authority may hold and operate bookmakers licence.
35.—A company of the Authority established for the sole purpose of carrying on the business of bookmaker may apply for and hold F23[an in-person betting licence or an in-person and remote betting licence that authorises the licensee of the licence to act as a bookmaker (within the meaning of section 3 (2) of the Act of 2024)].
