Orders concerning Conventions and Protocols.

28

28.If the Minister is satisfied that—

( a) any country (other than the State) has accepted or denounced the Intervention Convention, the Intervention Protocol or the MARPOL Convention F28 [ , the AFS Convention, the BWM Convention ] or any Convention or Protocol which has been ratified by the State and which amends or extends any such Convention or Protocol, or

( b) any such Convention or Protocol extends, or ceases to extend, to any territory,

he may by order so declare.
