F102[44.—Section 115 (other than subsections (3) and (5) thereof) of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981, shall apply in relation to benefits under this Act as it applies to benefits and other payments under the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981.]
