Guardianship of Infants Act 1964
F46[Duration of guardianship
8A.—Subject to section 8, a person continues to be a guardian of a child until whichever of the following occurs first—
(a) the guardian dies,
(b) the child attains the age of 18 years, or
(c) the child marries.]
