Assisting prisoners in military prisons and detention barracks to escape.
234.— Every person who aids any prisoner in escaping or attempting to escape from any military prison or detention barrack, or who, with intent to facilitate the escape of any such prisoner, conveys or causes to be conveyed into any military prison or detention barrack any mask, dress or other disguise or any letter or other article or thing of whatsoever kind shall be guilty of F326 [ an offence ] and on conviction thereof shall be liable to imprisonment, F327 [ … ] for any term not exceeding two years.
